Refund policy

At Earth & Ancestry, we stand behind the quality of our products and
want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a
30-day return window from the date of delivery.
However, to ensure fairness and integrity for all, we kindly ask that the following conditions are
met:
Eligible Returns:
● Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.
● Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
● Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required.
● Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
To protect product integrity and hygiene, used or opened items cannot be returned.
● Products showing signs of tampering, wear, or excessive use are not eligible for a
refund.
● We reserve the right to limit returns in cases of excessive or suspicious return activity.

Refund Process:   

● Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
● If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10
business days.
